TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 – Definitions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) are provided by LLC COMPANY (LLC).
The following terms shall mean:
- “Website”: the website “https://my-serolia.com” and all its pages, owned exclusively by the Company.
- “Products” or “Services”: all products (goods) and services available for purchase on the Website.
- “Seller”: YOUR BRAND, legal entity or individual offering Products or Services on the Website.
- “Customer”: any individual or professional purchasing Products or Services from the Website.
- “Consumer”: any natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, or professional activity.
The Customer acknowledges having read and fully accepted these T&Cs before placing an order.
Article 2 – Scope and Application
The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time by publishing a new version on the Website.
The applicable T&Cs are those in force at the time of the Customer’s order.
The Website offers online sales of products in the Home category.
Acceptance of the T&Cs is confirmed when the Customer validates their order (e.g., by ticking a checkbox). This has the same legal value as a handwritten signature.

The Customer must provide their full name, order number, and request details.
Article 4 – Ordering Process
Products are those listed on the Website. Each product includes a description provided by the Seller.
Product images are non-contractual and may vary.
Ordering steps:
- Add products to cart
- Review cart
- Enter contact information
- Choose shipping method
- Enter payment details
- Confirm order
The sale is finalized once payment is completed and T&Cs are accepted.
Article 5 – Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD , including applicable taxes where required.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied is the one at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Other available methods
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. The Website does not store payment data.
Article 6 – Shipping
Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
Orders may be shipped worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (logistics, weather, customs, etc.).
For international orders, the Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Maximum delivery timeframe: 30 days, unless otherwise specified.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.
Article 8 – Warranty
Products benefit from applicable legal warranties.
In case of defective or non-conforming products:
- replacement or refund will be offered
- return costs may be covered by the Seller
Article 9 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for:
- indirect damages (loss of profit, data, etc.)
- misuse of products
- Website downtime or technical issues
The Customer assumes full responsibility for product selection and use.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
The Seller is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All Website content (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 12 – Personal Data
Customer data is collected for:

- service improvement
Data is processed securely via Shopify and related providers.

Article 13 – User Content
Any content submitted by users (reviews, comments, etc.) may be used by the Company without restriction.
The Customer agrees not to post unlawful or harmful content.
Article 14 – Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Article 15 – Governing Law & Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by applicable wyoming law (Disputes may be resolved through mediation or competent courts.
Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims resulting from misuse of the Website or violation of these T&Cs.
Warranty (Additional)
A limited warranty of 30 days may apply under normal use conditions.
