Returns & Exchanges

At my-serolia.com, we do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you don’t encounter any surprises when receiving our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.


Order Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on our ability to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@my-serolia.com as soon as possible.

Since the majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential that you contact us within this time frame so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation requests can be accepted once the order has already been processed.


Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If you need to make any changes, you must contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible or incomplete addresses, etc.).

In such cases, packages may be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer either:

  • a refund minus shipping costs, or
  • a reshipment of your order, depending on your preference.

You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund until the package has been received back by the sender.


Return Policy

We accept returns* for any reason—whether you are unsatisfied or have simply changed your mind.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out the return form, sign it, and send it along with your package to the address we will provide once you contact our support team.
