Refund Policy
Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
We process and ship orders very quickly, therefore we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations once your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by email at contact@my-serolia.com.
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
To speed up the processing of your request, please include in the subject line “Cancel my order” and provide your full name and order number in the body of the email.
Return & Refund Policy
If your order has already been shipped, don’t worry—you may still return it for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- The shipping label must be intact
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.)
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 7 days
Shipping costs are refundable only if the cancellation occurs before shipment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank
Processing times can take 7–14 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

We will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping fees
Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
If you are returning an item valued over €50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
